Understanding the importance of visualizing your rug in your personal space, we facilitate easy returns. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our courier will collect the rug at your convenience.

• Return shipping fee: $45 + a 15% restocking fee. Some exclusion zones and areas may attract a higher return shipping fee.
